A contemporized fusion of raw concrete textures and meranti wood are giving chic yet voguish look.500 sq. Yard, the location of this residence is at Bahria hills contour so we design wind-oriented façade to elevate it’s upper portion diagonally using stack effect concept for better ventilation and view. The play of open and enclosed spaces generates a constant flow of fresh air, sunlight and forms dramatic shadows on elevation. Lounge, dinning and swimming pool is designed on ground floor while all bedrooms are located on first floor. The elevation is a play of solids and voids planes that slide and reflect into each other.
