The executive apartment lobby was designed around the philosophy of immersive social space that people want to spend time in and act as a promenade of the building to visually guide visitors, this was one of the fun-loving project where our team was excited for this bewitching design that create a sense of satisfaction with current occupants and new visitors who wants to get settled in the residency, mainly divided into three major section.
1) The grand entrance provides a sense of luxury and tranquility through the perfect detailing.
2) Reception and waiting area which will work as communal space to meet,wait,eat,chat or relax.
3)Office area is the most sensitive part of the building that’s why it was placed in hideous way. Customised cut of black galaxy and Calcutta white marble is used on the floor to enhance the elegance of the lobby.
